Your Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of planning and executing our most prestigious events. Your responsibilities will include:
– Leading Projects: Oversee all phases of event planning and execution from concept to completion.
– Suppliers Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless event logistics and high-quality service.
– Budget & Timeline Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
– Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
– On-Site Leadership: Direct event setup and operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is:
– Experienced: Proven experience in event management, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
– Multilingual: Proficient in English, French, and Arabic. German would be a plus.
– Organized & Strategic: Excellent organizational skills with a strategic approach to project management.
– Proactive & Resilient: A leader who thrives under pressure and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
