The clients had a great journey. The day trip to the Agafay desert was the highlight of the trip.
The program was really great. Enough time between excursions, dinners at great locations and they had a very nice guide. There was actually nothing that did not meet their expectations! Everything went smoothly, and they really look back on a wonderful journey.
From the start of the trip, everyone was very friendly, and everywhere people were ready for them. The Dutch guide knew everything about Morocco, and nothing was too much to ask. The Riad had very nice rooms and good staff. The food, on the other hand, was really great and nothing was too much to ask. The visit to the Hammam was a hit. On the third day, they were picked up at the Riad with 4×4 and had a great trip. The driver was a real Berber and spoke English well. He was not as talkative as the other guide but was able to answer all their questions. He stopped at the most beautiful places, and they drove a lot off-road. The overnight stay in the tents was really great and so luxurious! The last morning they did a cooking course, and if they could judge it, they would give it at least 6 out of 5 stars. It was super modern and a very hospitable Moroccan lady who spoke flawless English. They all received a diploma that they, of course, hung everywhere in the office.
All in all, they look back on a really fantastic trip!1 So thank you so much for arranging this for them!! When we have a group again, we will definitely bring it back to you!

First of all, I want to thank you for all the great effort you put into this project, for your flexibility on the spot, your comprehension and your patience. I really enjoyed working with you through the whole process.
All the time, I felt well supported, and you really did everything to make this incentive such a big success.
The preparation was excellent, and I never felt misunderstood.
All of that helped a lot on site, and everything went just right. All suppliers were prepared and advised perfectly on your part.
At least another big thank you to Tayep – he definitely was the perfect guide for our group, always super organized, friendly, and a great help to me.
The participants really liked him, and I think they will come back to Marrakech and will ask him for a private tour through the souks 😉

Overall I am more than happy with the outcome of this trip, all participants were really satisfied, and they are still talking about the great incentive!

We all arrived safely and more than happy home after our GREAT TRIP to Morrocco.
I would like to let you know that the days we spent together with the dear Khadija and the dear Hakim were outstanding.
All the participants were fascinated by the programme, the land, the hotel and the restaurants we had chosen. I have already received so much wonderful feedback from the guests, and they are all more than thankful for the unique time we spent.
Khadija did, once more, a fantastic job. It was such a great pleasure to work with her, she absolutely knows what we expect, and she also managed changements in a very uncomplicated and great way. I never want ever work with another person than Khadija when we come again to Marrakech 😉
The hotel was absolutely great, all the restaurants were great, only the entertainment at (…) was bad, but this was due to changement of the management, and the participants took it with humour. So no worries about that.
The programme was fantastic, and Khadija chose really good and reliable suppliers, especially the Quad Guides at the desert were extremely professional.
I am very glad that also our „social project“ was such a big success – it was a great experience for all of us.
Hakim is a wonderful person and was the perfect guide for this trip. I would like to make each trip from now on with him. It was a great pleasure working with him.
I will try to sell Marrakech as often as possible from now on and will offer it to all the clients who do not have a destination already fixed in mind.
Of course, I cannot promise anything, but I will do my best.
The trip was a really big success, and this is the real reward for the great work of Khadija. She prepared everything in a very professional and painstaking way and did really everything for us in her special warm, open and friendly way of behaviour during the days we spent with her.
You can be really glad to have such a great project manager in your team 😉

I am very pleased to send you my detailed feedback concerning our group in October.
First of all our client was very happy with the incentive and I want to thank you a lot!!! The group was not very easy, as you could see on the spot, and therefore this means really really a lot 🙂
Concerning the program and itinerary, everything went very well, and we would book it right away again!!!
I was also very happy with the hotel again. The service standard, as well as the pool area and location, was perfect, and I have seen a couple of hotels with you 😉
