Hilton will open its first Waldorf Astoria in 2025 after signing an agreement with Star Hill Tangier, a luxury resort surrounded by lush greenery.
Not far from Cap Spartel and the famous lighthouse overlooking the Mediterranean and Atlantic waters, the Waldorf Astoria Tangier will feature 115 rooms and suites, including 21 villas with private pools and a 1,250m2 royal villa. There will also be a 3,000m2 spa, meeting spaces and commissions.
It will also feature five distinctive restaurants, including Peacock Alley, which is iconic with the Waldorf Astoria brand. The luxury resort will also include multi-functional meeting spaces and conference rooms.
Hilton currently operates four hotels in Morocco: Hilton Tangier City Center Hotel & Residences, Hilton Tangier Al Houara Resort & Spa, Hilton Garden Inn Tangier City Centre, and its latest opening, Hilton Garden Inn Casablanca Sud.
With seven hotels under development across the country, Hilton plans to open Conrad Rabat Arzana and Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort & Spa in 2022.
